Due to the artisan craftsmanship and the intimate nature of our products we do not offer exchanges or returns for the reasons of general dissatisfaction, and/or on used products. Please connect with us prior to ordering to discuss your skin’s needs and beauty ritual. We happily include samples with your order at your request. Please indicate your desire in the “notes” section during checkout and we will be happy to include samples whenever available.
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It is normal for the outer package to show some wear and tear; however, if there is damage to the item(s) in your shipment, please notify us within seven days and we will take care of you. Please include your order number in the email, and retain the shipping box, packaging materials and damaged items. No returns/refunds will be granted following the seven days after delivery. Contact the carrier to file a complaint regarding the damaged package.
